Learn to make the perfect summer cookie stuffed with marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate!
Learn hands-on how to make s'more cookies, a perfect summer treat! This class is part of Culikid's Summer Bake-A-Thon. To participate in the Bake-A-Thon, register here and help support Culikid while baking cookies. Bake-A-Thon participants and non-participants are welcome to attend this class. While Culikid's virtual classes are paced to be accessible for a neurodivergent child, they are open to everyone! All ages and abilities are welcome to join!

This class will involve measuring, mixing, and using the oven. Adult assistance is suggested if your child or teen needs help with any of the above as well as following verbal directions, staying on task, and initiating tasks. This class will take approximately 1 hour.
Ingredients needed include:
- Unsalted butter
- Light brown sugar
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Salt
- Flour
- Baking soda
- Dark chocolate
- Graham crackers
- Marshmallows
Register once per household (not for each individual). Once you register, you will be sent the Zoom meeting link followed by the full ingredient and supply list. If you have any questions about the class or ingredients you can substitute, email us at info@culikid.org.

This recipe can be:
- Vegetarian by using vegan marshmallows (most marshmallows contain gelatin which is an animal byproduct)
- Dairy-free by using vegan butter + DF chocolate
- Egg-free by using one of these egg substitutes
- Gluten-free by using 1:1 gluten-free flour + gluten-free graham crackers or omitting graham crackers
