$200.00/WEEK OR $45.00/DAY (PER HOUSEHOLD)
Objective: To teach our campers fundamental life and cooking skills while introducing them to new foods and flavours from around the world. Through this program, they will develop a deeper appreciation for other cultures and their cuisines, as well as the practical cooking skills and knowledge needed to help prepare meals at home.
Around the World First Class is back again, and ready to take virtual flight! Inspired by our popular Around the World program, First Class is all about taking our culinary adventures to the next level. Campers will take a trip across the globe, visiting some of the most iconic food cultures in the world and featuring dishes from a new country each day! This program is the destination for learning proper knife skills, cooking techniques, diverse cooking methods, and how to work with a large variety of ingredients.
Following this program, students will leave with the cooking skills and self-confidence to prepare and execute these vibrant recipes at home for your family. They will learn to incorporate new flavours into their daily meals and share their enthusiasm for global cuisine.

Looking to diversify your child’s summer programming? Look no further, Our virtual summer camps are back and better than ever! After a full year of experimenting with new virtual structures, menus, and class themes, we are proud to say we’ve perfected our curriculum and are beyond thrilled to release our most innovative and exciting programs to date!
All camps are conducted LIVE on Zoom by our experienced and passionate chef instructors. Through step-by-step instruction, your chef-to-be will learn valuable life and cooking skills as they cook their way through 5-star menus inspired by the season. While learning and practicing new culinary skills, their chefs will also share industry knowledge and theory promoting a holistic learning environment.
Zoom links, consolidated shopping lists, recipes, equipment needs, and set up instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your course.
All camp options are half-day, conveniently offered in the morning from 10:00am – 12:30pm or afternoons from 1:00pm – 3:30pm in order to fit your family’s schedule. Cleaning time has been built into the program to help save parents the hassle.
To ensure your child receives the absolute best education, attention, and supervision, we have capped our camps at ONLY 14 students per week! They will have the chance to work with two of our experienced and passionate chef instructors maintaining our unparalleled 1:7 staff to student ratio.
Savoury camps will yield 4 portions of nutritionally balanced meals that can serve as either lunch (morning students) or dinner prep (afternoon students) for the entire family, thus offering the chance for your child to take on the meal prep role for your family that week! All pastry weeks will produce bakery-quality, delicious pastries to enjoy as dessert or share with the family, friends and neighbours.
