In this one-time class, students will explore wild predatory animals with the Wild Kratts characters! The class will discuss predatory animals from cheetahs to polar bears, with a lot of Wild Kratt fun along the way.

This class is perfect for Wild Kratt and animal lovers alike! We will be discussing predatory animals through an interactive google slideshow, as well as discussing show characters and creatures, so participation is definitely encouraged. Wild Kratt-themed informative slides and games will be integrated throughout the lesson. At the end of class, we will play a fun game of "Who Would Win" to extend our predatory animal knowledge. This will be a fun, laid-back class for kids to socialize about their favorite show and characters, while also learning some interesting facts about different predatory species. Feel free to have the student dress up as their favorite character!

Details:

Students will be taught about several predatory animals (Cheetahs, Jaguars, Fossas, Polar Bears, etc.)

Google slides will be integrated throughout the lesson and discussion.

Students will play a game of "Guess the Animal" where they try to decide which predator is being described, using the characteristics they have learned about each animal to help them decide.

Students will play the game “Who Would Win” which is a fun creature match-up that will put their predator knowledge to work! Students will have time to interact with peers about the show and its characters, as well as interesting related animal facts.

This is a laid-back class with a lot of student interaction and participation. No prior knowledge needed; simply a love for animals, Wild Kratts, or BOTH! * Per Outschool’s policy, all siblings and co-learners must be enrolled in order to participate in class.
