The Great Canadian Splash for Kids

The Great Canadian #SplashForKids is a virtual fundraising challenge organized by The Sunshine Foundation of Canada. Get involved in fun and easy ‘Splash-tivities’ or compete to win in epic team Splash Challenges and raise funds from wherever you are to change the lives of kids from coast-to-coast living with severe physical disabilities across Canada.
This year, our goal is to raise $35,000 to make more dreams possible! Your support today will help ensure dreams like adapted sports and play equipment, bedroom makeovers, and personal technology will come true next year for kids in your own community.
Gather your team, fundraise, and take part in the fun challenges and activities this August to help change the lives of families affected by severe physical disabilities.

Date: Monday August 1, 2022 to Monday August 29, 2022

For the month of August, you can fundraise and participate in Splash Challenges and Splash-tivities all at your own pace.

Join the 3rd annual Great Canadian Splash for Kids in support of Sunshine Dreams! Get involved in fun and easy ‘SPLASH-TIVITIES’ or compete to win in epic team SPLASH CHALLENGES and raise funds from wherever you are to WIN PRIZES and change the lives of children and youth living with severe physical disabilities across Canada. 

HOW TO JOIN: 

Sign up and begin fundraising. Register before August 29^th, 2022 as a team with your workplace, a friend group, your family, or any other team! 
 
Your $25 registration fee unlocks the team challenges and activities that lead to big prizes and bragging rights. This cost helps us kick-start our fundraising goal of $35,000 to change lives of children and youth living with severe physical disabilities.
 
If you register before July 15^th , 2022, you will receive a bonus Splash for Kids t-shirt to wear when completing Splash Challenges and Splash-tivities. Psst...wearing your Splash for Kids t-shirt will give your team bonus points and increase your chances of winning big (wink wink).

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1. Once you are registered, you will have access to your Participant Center (Splash Central) fundraising page. Splash Central is your personal website where you can share why your supporting Sunshine and invite your network to support you.
2. Once registered, you gain access to the Splash Challenges and Splash-tivities to complete before August 29^th at 7pm.
3. Fundraise by encouraging your friends and connections to make a pledge towards your team. Encourage them to sign up too!
