KIDS YOGA IN THE PARK

KIDS YOGA IS HAPPENING!

Bringing yoga to children from an early age can be a great way to help children grow freely.

The goal is to help children get familiar with their body and emotions.

Kids yoga classes are full of movement, games, dancing, puppetshow, story reading, meditating and etc.

This will be a free space for children where they can express themselves freely and experience new things together.

This class will happen every sunday at 10am.

** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT and WATER BOTTLE.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CLASS.

PRE-REGISTARATION IS REQUIRED!
