Beginner's Yoga (with Cats)

Your favorite Basepaws community cat-tivity is back!

Start your Saturday morning off on the right paw and join us for virtual yoga! This is a free yoga event, however we are providing an option to donate when you register! All donations will benefit CatCade, a cat cafe and rescue organizaiton in Chicago, IL, home of our certified yoga instructor, Caitlin Kalosky!

Caitlin has been teaching yoga at different studios, and corporate buildings for over 5 years, with the last year leading her students through virtual classes due to the pandemic. Caitlin prides herself in making her classes as inclusive as possible for individuals with all levels of experience and flexibility. Caitlin is also certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga and children's yoga.

Caitlin's two cats, Jackson and Tuna, will be assisting, so we hope you'll share your mat with your cats, too!
