Learn how to sprout seeds and legumes all year round for a healthy nutritious crunch.

Grow superfood microgreens for a tiny fraction of the market price.

Get inspired with nutritional tips on how to consume them for better health.

This activity is presented by Nevine Elchibini (Nevine’s cuisine), educator, speaker, coach and animator in nutritional wellness and healthy cooking.
