Fun home fitness and mindfulness for kids.
Litethriive Wellness helps us present this weekly virtual kids movement and mindfulness program. All levels are welcome as we teach kids how to move, breathe, and strive in ways that create freedom in body and mind. Led by Litethriive’s much-loved trainer, kids’ coach, and Registered Kinesiologist, Amanda Myers.
This program is delivered through Zoom. You only need to register once per viewing device.
