Art in the Orchard

• Please register online.
• One ticket per family of up to 5 people is required.
• We can accommodate up to 3 families per activity.
• If you want to book a private activity, simply purchase 3 tickets.
• If you would like to come to the orchard on a specific date and time, but you do not see this time slot listed on our website, please contact us at 514-535-0283 and we will see what can be done.

Activity Description

• Decorating chicken coops - painting with acrylics!
• Learning new artistic skills
• Exploring the life of chickens and bunnies in the beautiful orchard
• Each family receives a Farm Zine - an illustrated book depicting the animals from Project PACE farm
• The activity lasts approximately 45 minutes.

May Schedule

• As of May 22nd, every Saturday and Sunday.
• There are two time slots available: 4:30 PM and 5:30PM.

• The activity is suitable for children age 2 and up that are comfortable with animals in enclosures, rather than free-range.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please make sure to be on time so that you don't miss part of the activity.

Payment & Refund Policy

• The cost, including tax, per family is $25 for the entire activity.
• Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

• Full refund upon cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the activity.
• 50% refund upon cancellation from 72 hours up to 48 hours before the start of the activity.
• No refund upon cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the activity.
• Project PACE reserves the right to cancel the activity and refund payments due to bad weather, inaccessible land or other emergency reasons.

What to Wear and Bring With You

• This is an outdoor activity. Please wear outdoor clothes and closed-toed footwear (rubber boots, hiking boots, running shoes, etc.) that you don't mind getting dirty. We recommend wearing long pants even when it's hot outside.
• Bug repellent!
• Please bring some raw veggies & fruits for feeding bunnies, i.e.: celery, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, any greens or apples.
• Water and a snack for your child.
• A good mood and positive energy!

Address and Directions

• 1530 chemin Bord-du-Lac, Île Bizard. It is best to search for Verger Pépinière Bord-du-Lac on Google Maps.
• From the Ile-Bizard bridge, turn left onto Cherrier. Cherrier becomes Montée-Wilson. Continue on Montée-Wilson, continue past Chemin Monk, and continue past Project PACE farm. Approximately 650m later, the entrance to the orchard will be on your right. There is a sign that says Verger Pépinière Bord-du-Lac! Please park on the side of the road. If you’ve turned right onto Chemin du Bord-du-Lac, you’ve gone too far.

COVID-19

• Wearing a mask during the activity is mandatory for adults and kids age 10 and up. 
• If you or someone in your family is not feeling well or has a cold or fever, please cancel or reschedule your visit on the orchard. A full refund will be issued in a case of cancellation due to sickness.

Additional Notes

• The orchard is off-grid with mosquitoes, flies, and free-range dogs, with all its inherent risks involved.
• Please note that there is no access to water, electricity, or a bathroom on the orchard at this time.
